well it's worse that that. The artists who ink havemoved on to digital inking *myself included0, and are inking using Manga Studio, or Clip Studio, or some varient of SAI. Physical tools are becoming rarer, except the basic pencil and a sketch pad, but as tablets become more capable, that may change as well.
