The commissioner wanted the transformation to be specifically more detailed over everything else and didn't really describe Eric as anything more than "Hiker who finds pool and swims in it before getting Raichu'd", which didn't leave a lot of space for character building prior--just what was here went over my limit for the word count I was paid for. And I just based things on the picture/notes I received, which seemed to use latex/rubber as the material. Thank you for your notes anyway, though.
