Okay, I'll try to give such a thing as critism.. (I still love the pic though)
His left ear (or right) starts at a weird position compared to the other one
Head looks a bit flat at all.
Pose of his feets look impossible
He doesn't seem to look anywhere specific

If you cover the left eye, he looks more evil, If you cover the right one, he looks more happy

Man, really hard to write bad things about something I like.. anyway, I hope it helps! :)
