The XS1 Eliminator Autocannon is an extremely high rate of fire area denial weapon.

Typically equipped on ground emplacements and capital ships, the Cougar CAT-1 heavy fighter is one of the few craft able to actually mount it.

Even so, the weapon has a high recoil and has enough counter velocity to push the CAT-1 backwards while firing it. Pilots should fire in bursts as ammunition is limited.
