Commission for Computer Dinosaur
Character's story is set in space where being a bounty hunter is still a male dominated job. So to compete more easily Utah Bard designs her power armor (which springs from that collar around her neck) to make her look like a tough male with broad shoulders and a male voice changer.

Reminds me a bit of Samus, though I'm probably not gonna be the first to say that. You've gotten better with your vixens through your work with Zodiac, and I think that you did especially well with Utah's face. The proportions, angle, and everything about her upper body on the left look very good! I also like the more rounded, chitin-like power armor she's got. I get the feeling that the design allows for more flexibility and mobility at a slight cost to protection.
