Some more study sketches from my "Small ear period" of Abdul. One things that Abdul from the 14th century found so fascinating about the time period us "Newcomers" come from, 20/ 21th century, is all the forms of dance, acrobatics and gymnastics that have evolved in the Modern World. In particular he rather loves gymnastics and has built a few of simpler pieces of equipment on the palace grounds for him to practice with.

These are a couple sketches showing him working the parallel bars. FYI. The bands on his ankles are made of heavy copper. He has similar bracelets that he can wear to. They perform the same role as ankle and wrist weights in our world, and help with strength building. He can even wear multiples of them to increase the load. While he has not yet incorporated the bars into routine yet he hopes to someday.
