Ingredientes
130g de arroz
1,4L leche
200 gr azucar
Piel de limón
canela en rama
vainilla
Elaboración
en una cazuela antiadherente ponemos todos los ingredientes menos el azúcar. Calentar a fuego lento 50 minutos removiendo de tanto en tanto. sñade El azucar y mueve constantemente durante 10 minutos más. Retira el limón y la canela y dejar enfriar.
