About time I made a ref for this nerd. xD I doodle him pretty often and love him bunches. He's got the most flexible design out of all of my characters too!

The only things consistent about his design is the his big eye (has to be present, although it can be on any part of his body), his cat-like anatomy (doesn't have to be exactly like a cat, just somewhat cat-like), and the fact that he is always some shade of blue (although he can have markings, but they all have to be some shade of blue. His flesh can be any color though!).

Other than that, feel free to go bananas with his design. :3

Other notes:
- Call him Blue or Meow, either is fine! Heck you can call him whatever you want. xD
- He likes retro games, especially Game Boy/Game Boy Color games.
- He doesn't have any sex (or the anatomy that comes with having a sex) and doesn't identify as any one gender. Call them by any pronoun you want! I just favor masculine ones for him. :3
- He can alter his voice at will but usually sounds like a teen boy.
- Blue doesn't have to eat or sleep, but enjoys both. He likes naps and junk food the best.
- He likes teasing and startling others (he sneaks up on people pretty often) and defying social norms (mostly gender ones lol; he walked around looking like a girl with a deep man voice in just a bikini top and giant cargo pants once xD).
- Openly defies the laws of physics (floating and teleporting are his favorites).
- Cheerful, friendly, goofy, and loves hugs from friends. Is a little more cautious of physical contact from strangers (unless he's teasing them).
- Prefers to go around without boobs. He says they get in the way a lot.
- Wears clothes when he wants to. Will wear pretty much anything, but enjoys bright colors, loose/comfy clothing, and pastel colors. Crop tops and giant sweaters are his jam.
