Princess Angelina grew up being something of a spoiled brat. She had a penchant for sweets and overindulging, something with which she struggles to this very day. When she turned 17, the King and Queen died in a tragic boating accident, leaving her to raise a younger sister nearly 15 years her junior. She is very protective of her younger sister, and has stated many times she’d rather that Lina take the throne than her. Lina is now 5 years old.

Angelina has always bucked against her position as the Crown Princess. She joined the military immediately when she became of age, despite the protest of the Prime Minister. She has also delayed taking on the title of Queen, leaving matters of state to the Senate.

She quickly became the best fighter pilot, often abusing royal authority to take charge of front line combat missions. While the military is very loyal to her, the Senate is often annoyed by her escapades as her death would wind up leaving a child in charge of the planet.

While Angel is technically the Meowfyre head of state and military, her actual role is something more along the lines of a squadron Captain. The elected Prime Minster and the Defense Council run the military, while the Senate and Prime Minister run the state.
