This Pokémon relies mostly on underhanded tactics and mind games to ensure not just victory, but their own survival as well as others. Gaining a Noirogue's trust takes extreme effort.
When in critical danger, as a last resort, Noirogue will send traumatizing visions to the mind of its foe, causing temporary dementia and insomnia, then makes its getaway. The weak-willed take weeks to recover from this form of self-defense.
