I'm not sure I understand what "Extra character - see chart above" refers to. Is that meant to say that additional characters will cost the same as the first (So, a fullbody color sketch with two characters would be $20 altogether; $10, plus another $10 for the second)?

It'd be 20 all together. Basically just added their costs together.
Sorry, I had no idea how to explain how extra characters worked w/o it being too lengthy

I wouldn't think so. Unless the person tells you they may not get to work on it for a while I guess? Like if they say they'll get to work on it on a certain day, then I wouldn't bother asking about it until after that day or something
