he is a diety-like being that can bend the laws of physics,

he does not belong to touhou or len-en project but to my own personal created project called kami komu project
this game the gender is not ambiguous and has the same num of male and female characters and it takes place in the outside world like seihou project and some times different planets and dimensions
and this is slightly horror based
