So, those are at least 45s on both sides, and she's leaning on it. Yeah, more weight will get you more muscle quicker, but if you tear a muscle you're fucked. I prefer reps. I think it proves more if you can lift more times, even without much weight. There's something about learning to last longer instead of getting it over quickly that might be useful in other situations.
