As for paypal:
All you should have to do is hit the pay or send money button and click 'pay for goods or services'.
On the next page, type in my paypal email, which is fyreligerart@gmail.com, and then how much you're trying to pay. Also check to make sure you're using USD, because that's what I use. (just make sure you choose 'no address needed' in the next section! That's important).
I think that's all you need to do! Let me know if you have questions.

this is all that I have of her she is an artic wolf and white except what color is in the pic the mark under the eye is actually only under the right eye I was not paying attention when I put it under the left eye and feel free to draw her how ever you wish.
