I posted a video of the first test of the animatronics with the fur-cover on in my journal . The video made me realize that the ears were too much front of the head. So I moved them back a bit.
I would have prefered to move them another centimeter, but the head-base is not big enough for that (and I did not want to make it bigger - I want this head to be as small as possible).
