A Groomed Gentleman (Fan art)
Gosh, my first stab at Dragon Age fan art and it's Dorian. Freakin' Dorian.
If he were here, I'm sure he'd make some remark at not being surprised I chose to draw him.
How he is, after all, the perfect subject for art, being a work of one himself.
Despite the Inquisitor being a rather large shield-bearing warrior whose guard protects him from all else, my Man-quisitor melts for Dorian.
*Dragon Age & Dorian Pavus belong to Bioware/EA.

I have... four.... >_> Two male Lavellans, one female Lavellan, one male Adaar. I usually play these games and whatever I end up doing in my first play through I find it difficult to deviate, but this game I wasn't really keen on any of my playthroughs until I romanced the stupid sad egg head lol I should do some portraits of them though for fun.
Hah, that's funny cuz I have exactly four as well. <_< Though mine are entirely all human. I can't seem to stray from it either! Two female Trevelyans and two male.
I really do want to play an elf so that I can finally experience said sad egg head, hehe. You totally should!
I found this game's cast to be almost muse-like in inspiring me to draw them, especially since my collection of human art is quite small.

I'm apparently a masochist. Playing an elf, given all the shit that happens/is revealed about them in the game, is like the most frustrating experience. You just want to deck EVERYBODY. But yeah, I suppose that's why I keep playing them >_> You should definitely experience the sad egg head. He's my 'canon' play through for sure.
It is inspiring to draw more people though! I have like... a lot of DA fanart on my tumblr blog. Mostly stupid silly crap. Have you played DA2? Because that misfit bunch are still my favourites ever. I was really sad the companion quests in Inquisition were so threadbare compared to its predecessor. T_T

Aw man, I feel like I've missed out on so much by always playing human! I'll definitely be putting together an elf playthrough now for sure.
Mind if I ask what your tumblr is? You can note me it if you'd prefer, as I'm not sure how public it is. ^^; But when you said you have all that DA fanart, I immediately wanted to find it!
I was thinking of drawing some simple busts of my Inquisitors that I've made thusfar with a small description of their 'playstyle' (sarcastic, religious, etc)
It'd be cool to see what yours look like or how you played them! :D
Lastly, yeah! I actually bought and played through DA2 after my first playthrough of Inquisition. What can I say, Varric's constant references to (Or denial of info about) Kirkwall piqued my interest.
I also really wanted to have some backstory and emotional investment to Hawke since his impact sorta felt hollow to me on my first Inquisition playthrough.
I sorta had eyes only for Anders and my BFF, Varric. Though I did help the female tank red-head whose name I can't recall. The one who couldn't flirt to save her life. <_< Hah~
