Cedric is a norther Sergal with cyan/green eyes. He served two years in the US army as a engineer, giving him training with working with vehicles. He's also a bit of a "Grease Monkey." As in... He loves cars.
He has a quiet, composed, and intelligent. But is also cold to others, down to earth, and sometimes blunt with his actions and thoughts.
