because a user on here felt that goldfish tails are © them ,I have made edits to fishii's tail. It can be drawn as any goldfish tail or a small bob cat tail.
I'm hoping this will solve some of the issues.

You... Can't copyright a tail type... That would be like me saying no one can make their character with a curled tail to the left and having their name be an animal they aren't...? That's... Crazy?

This image seems to say otherwise and considering the shit Fishii has gone through in the passed with people claiming she's ripped off their OC, I'm inclined to believe HER over you.
Either way, it's stupid to even try such a thing, hence my comparison between if I tried to copyright stupid things like the style of my sona's tail or her name. Because you can't do such things and if you tried, you'd look like a tool.

Why does it matter so much to YOU the semantics of the original argument? Considering this fandom, it doesn't matter if the person in question used the word COPYRIGHT or not, they still slapped a 'original character donut steel' claim over A BODY PART.
