He's actually Shinigami/Shrine Demon of sorts, he looks kind of Czech/Asian though If i had to pick an ethinicity.
He is mute due to a seal placed on his tongue by a greater more eviler force lmfao, His original appearance is not this human 'skin' he is wearing, It's an illusion of sorts. He is tangible but his 'face' is not exactly his face.(does that make sense)
HIS MASK(is in my gallery), under his mask is his true face...but no one has lived long enough to tell/describe what it looks like.
His job is to collect souls of the damned, for example: those who sell they're souls to demons for money,women,health,etc. Don't confuse him for a good character though, he is a killer; who enjoys what he does. He has little to no/filter/conscious, he sometimes plays the role of a reaper, and kills the unfortunate bastards who happen to catch him slaughtering someone. lol and Hates cats
