I get a bit of a greaser vibe, I don't think your hair looks bad tho!

Was listening to some new Billy Idol and thought "why not".

Since its pretty dramatic and not what I expected, it looks bad. It is alright otherwise. <3 It'll grow on me the more I get it out of the style they forced it in. xD

The short backnsides with long on top is gonna be fashionable til the end of time. Maybe make the sides sharper, into a taper rather than sideburns? Not my business of course asdjhaksjdhaskd

The backnsides could be easily clippered for a start over /,,/. looking pretty rocknroll regardless

I forced those burns into existance for the sake of a hilarious picture. They taper really well with the hair laid down and finger combed. xD I just made it look worse.

It was actually longer around the ears for some god awful reason. Like.. everything else is relatively short, but she left the ear parts really long.
My hair was near bobbed to my ear length and I asked just for the below ear trimmed and tapered so I can grow out a layered bob see. That is like, the total opposite. xD The fuck.

I've done some trimming! Gonna have a friend really look at it if I'm still unamused.

yeah I noticed with a lot of stylists that if you're afab or they somehow decide you must be butch lesbian, they try to 'feminise' a 'masculine' haircut by adding more tapering and more length unnecessarily?? XD

They need to cut that shit out and just look at their own style books that customers refer them to. xD

You look so bad-ass in the last pic! I think it's pretty cute, the pixie cut style suits you! And the best thing about hair is that it grows out eventually and you can try to find a better stylist.

May I ask if you got it done at a budget chain salon, or a high-end fancy place where they offer you tea/coffee? I recently got a trim at a Hair Cuttery (always a 50/50 risk on whether you'll walk out happy or in tears), and the woman was totally lazy. I love getting my hair blow-dry styled with curls. I have wavy hair. It goes curly with a bit of effort (or no effort if it's humid or I let it air dry). The "stylist" claimed that the curls were falling out as they dried. Uhm, every hair stylist has always LOVED my hair because it curls so easily. She also left me with a wonky part when she finished drying. Didn't even ask where I normally part my hair to begin with-she just picked a side and went for it with the scissors. The difference between a $35 hair cut and a $70 hair cut, I guess.

Its true. My hair grows fairly slow and its naturally wavy xD;; Its an awkward time when its between bob and pixie.

Woaah. Yeah... People assuming your natural hair state is probably the worst thing to do. Or its natural part. Mine was actually cut even on each side... Which I haven't had since I was like 5. Its always been parted to one side really heavily. My hair doesn't curl, but I'd imagine when you get a hair cut and if you don't mention its curly, they'll cut way too fucking much off and not realize it till the drying stage. Volume takes away inches like a mofo xD

I also like that 'stylist' was in quotations as if they just walked in and decided to cut hair that day. xD
