“Very good Ota.” He says as he pours him a glass of Saki and slides it to Ota who walks back and take a drink. “You’ve been going through the movements I showed you.”
“I sure have, Master.” Ota responds, “Ever since you started teaching me Zui Quan I don’t think I’ve been hit.”
“Sure you have.” Halfeb responds, “I smack you all the time.” They both laugh as Aya steps over the bodies to bring them their food. She delivers it to them with a kiss for Ota.
“Here you go hun. Dumplings for helping with the, uh…” She looks at the bodies, “Trash.”
“Thanks Sweetheart.” Ota says as she smiles and goes back to work. Ota goes to pick up a dumpling with his chopsticks but Halfeb grabs it first and starts eating. Ota looks at him annoyed that he just stole his food.
“What? Not hungry?” Halfeb asks as he chews. Ota goes to grab another one and Halfeb does the same thing. Ota looks at him again. “Seriously, have a dumpling.” He repeats with a mouthful of food. There is one dumpling left and Ota eye balls Halfeb and then goes to grab it once more and again Halfeb goes to repeat his trick. This time Ota grabs a spare fork on the table and pins down Halfebs chopsticks. Halfeb flicks the fork off and goes to grab the dumpling again, but Ota grabs the plate and pulls it away. Halfeb then uses his feet to pull the table back and goes for it again. Ota flicks up the plate and lands It on his chopsticks, holding it out of reach. Halfeb was quick and pushes the table a little more into Otas stomach making him lean forward and the plate flicks off of his chopsticks and onto Halfebs. Ota had no intention of giving up this tasty treat so easily. He goes to lunge at the dumpling but Halfeb rolls back off his chair keeping control of the plate as not to lose the food. Ota rolls just behind Halfebs movements and kicks him in the stomach to try and get him to drop the plate, which just causes him to go through the door instead. Ota grabs a spare set of chopsticks and gives chase.
“Bring back the plate when you’re done hun!” Aya yells to them as they exit. Ota grabs Halfebs wrist with one set of chopsticks and Halfeb tosses the plate to his other hand which Ota grabs right way. Halfeb flips it up again and leans back into a power kick that knock Ota back onto his ass as the plate lands on his chest. Halfeb goes to eat it and Ota throws a chopstick and hits the plate off his chest and over his mouth and knocks the dumpling out of Halfebs grasp. It flies over into a steam vent and falls out of sight. They both go over and pout a little as Halfeb thinks.
“What level do those steam pipes come out at?” Halfeb asks Ota.
“Level T.” Ota responds. They look at each other and then run for the elevator. Ota takes a second to grab the plate and toss it back in the door of the bar and it flies into a tray of dishes Aya is holding.
“Thank you hun!”
