darkmaneofshadowmountain's take of Bebop, giving him dreadlocks instead of a mow-hawk. I was also watching Srgt Frog, with the character called Dance-Master who gave everyone afro hair from a laser beam, as well as Archie's Mega Man comic where Flash Man has some... head issues. And considering how Rocksteady USE to have hair, he would just now realize it and has a bit of a midlife crisis right now
