For some reason, I think he [Ruze] would've been stripped of Rank at the time of sentencing, and I doubt he'd be allowed back in following those 'events'.

Perhaps this is the big turning point where dark and gruff general turns into more open and happy person and makes friends around more ^..^ Ooor he's just glad he served his sentence with good behavior and is now more careful about what he does!

I admit gotta love again how well-developed the characters are Tomei being wonderfully positive guy like that even. Have to admit he indeed does give that cheerful feeling about himself whenever he's around. Well almost always perhaps.

In my defense, the updates have been a bit sporadic.

So here I go typing away on forums saying that "anyone with a waifu/hazubendo is a shut-in loser," and here I re-realize that General Tomei exists. DAMN IT ZEROFOX1000, YOUR ADORABLE, PLEASANT, PLUMP ARMOR DRAGON IS MAKING A HYPOCRITE OUT OF ME.

Also, how much money is it going to take for you to color and shade this piece? Your vivid coloring of your characters would mesh really well with the shading opportunity of light coming in from the window (assuming they gave Ruze a barred window at all, given he's probably of the strength to bend the bars :P), and if nothing else, would make for great practice.

I just haven't gotten around to coloring the last couple pic. Progress has just been really slow these past couple weeks on my end since I've been using much of my free time to get some things on my IRL to-do list out of the way. So...whats Ruze's sentence anyway now? You never made a clear statement on that. Was he demoted, stripped of rank and imprisoned for god knows how long? If so, kinda a bummer since he was a loyal warrior and we didnt see him in action much, or as a general.

Or is he just in prison to "cool off" so to speak? I mean, I dunno what kinda King Drake is, maybe he thinks a short, disciplinary sentence like that would be preferable to loosing one of his greatest warriors and tacticians?
