I'll be surprised if anyone remembers this character.... I probably haven't drawn her in a decade. XD
A redesign of a really old character of mine. Libra was one of the first anthro characters that I've ever created.
I decided to refit her to fit into my universe the way it is now.
Tools Used: Photoshop version CS5, Paint Tool Sai
