This piece has taken up most of my art time this week. It just kind of happened beyond my control, inspired by the silly eyeball-tentacle-wing-chickenfoot creature. It seemed like it was part of architecture.

And so, my dreamhouse was born. . . that tentacled guy in the lower left corner is my idea of a self-portrait, heh. The original is bigger, shrunk it down to better display on a computer screen. I was kicking myself by the end, especially at the point where I ran out of the blueviolet lake pencil. I obtained the pencil a couple days (and one Elric portrait) later, and so finally got the thing finished up. Ah, if only I could have my dreamhouse.

Is it vore if your house is alive and you go in through its various mouths? Assumedly it doesn't eat its occupants. . . although it must eat something. Perhaps the unwelcome guests.

Apparently, my dreamhouse contains a nightgaunt, a beholder, some wierd bird, those demonic eyeball hen things, and is itself its own residence I suppose. This was really too much fun in general.
