I would suggest you get it.
Here, I just got it, and this is 20 minutes of me penciling, and inking digitally, using a Huion H610 Tablet, and checking the response of the tablet with the new software. its a little rough, but it's basically a sketch, totaly digital from front to back. If you do comics or like smooth inks, I do think thatyou should get your copy. Hope this helps.

So far, the interface is identical. The handling of the pressure sensitivity is a little different, and there seem to be a larger amount of support materials (gradients, dot patterns and textures). But if you have Manga Studio 5, I am not sure it would be worth upgrading.
Functionality is similar to SAI,, but with two huge advantages: 1 custom perspective rulers, that a are layer dependent so you can lay out perspective grids for backgrounds, and two, it has lettering tools which SAI does not. The transition fromSAI to Clip Studio Pro would be painless, and its sale price puts it at 10 colors less than SAI.
It does indeed have line stabilization, and it also has vector inks as well, for those with mice and not tablets. I rely heavily on stabilization, as I have a somewhat shakey hand on a tablet. I am much smoother and faster with a traditional pencil, which is why I scan my pencils, mostly, but not for the above. The pencils and inks above had a medium high stabilization.
