And I know Marth isn't British or whatever, but for some reason the small amount I know about him makes me think “olden medeival period.”

oh dearest me XD Though, I'd've seen Ike doing something like that especially since they're from the same franchise ^^
though, I kinda see Marth talking in his usual fast japanese, but his speech bubbles would have subtitles/translations so that other smashers can understand him. Same goes with Roy really.
But it's true he probably has ye olde medieval accent when talking (if his speech ever were translated). Which is similar to present day British English methinks.
