William's slacker roomate. He's another character by  vulpineranger and I. Although his extensive knowledge of medicinal herb can be called anything but slacking. He makes quite a bit of money selling his own grown weed. He always saves enough for himself as well. Wouldnt be fun if he didnt.

During puberty Tracy had a hormone problem, giving him a very feminine pear shape and keeping his voice from normally dropping as low as most males' do.
