Entry No. 105 In my daily pokemon output - Marowak.
The only real influence I've had from this guy was from the old pokemon dungeon games. This guy was in charge of the training arena where you would go through several rooms and faced pokemon that were all a particular type and you would get a neat reward after completion :3
It seems Marowak isn't too fond of you trying out the arena's right now and has taken your misunderstood arrival quite seriously D: ohmai.
Also I tried getting down motion blur and this was the end result~
Tablet: Wacom Intuos
Program: Paint Tool SAI

from which pmd?
because blue and red had makuhita
but I cant remember anything from the other games because I didn't play them too much xD
also I know it is very tempting but you should try to stay away from effects as much as possible as beginner, trust me, I did that too much too and it looks terrible and you learn nothing from it

uhm well besides red and blue I have the "time" one, so it might've been from that one lol xD idk but I do remember him being there cause it was damaged at the start of the game and you had to wait for him to repair it until you could do anything :3
But...how can I learn to do effects if I never try? D: it turned out...okay? xD spinny bone flying purple thing lol.

I actually would like to point out experimenting is good at any stage of learning. The more you practice the more you adapt and change.
Personally I avoid motion blur, and notice most people do as well unless they work in animation. Its hard to make a still image look right with a big pile of blur stretched across the screen.

Yeah Looking back at it now it does take up the whole image doesn't it?
I've seen others make use of still motion and they tend to make it very subtle so it doesn't take the attention away. So next time I'll use another tactic :3 or just leave it and let the viewers take guess on what's moving and what isn't, since that's usually the best way to do it :P.
