A quiet episode today, in which at one point we get a brief bit of Mephitist philosophy from Trixie D.D. Winger. Along with her twin sister, she gets the Master of Elfhame to demonstrate transmogrification. There's also a manifestation of the Winger Philosophy, as to what makes the ideal wolf-mel.
Astonishingly, these two are still maidens. Well, amazing things do happen in Faerie.
Continuing the story in the world of Faerie created by
tegerio, who dropped an intriguing hint of something he's up to that will likely make me crack up in laughter.

Oh, no. The massive amount of silly is to offset the very serious crisis that Queenie is going through. PTSD is part of it, plus some trauma about having rescued the cub but being unable to care for it completely on her own. Her maternal instincts have kicked in and she can't follow them completely - and they've kicked her personal self-image into the corner and made her question it. She needs to sit down and talk with Anastasia, I suspect, for the latter; and with WW for the PTSD but she doesn't want to admit it yet.
I am beginning to agree with you. I have been remembering that the first meeting between the Wolf Queen and Anastasia was not directly shown - but afterwards, the Wolf Queen seems to regard Anastasia with utmost respect... as an example, I believe the Wolf Queen has never used a reference to Anastasia (or their children) as a way to needle Westerlowe.
I caught his eye, and he gave me a look of pure innocence. I have no idea if that violated Thorwald's Edict, since he wasn't actually saying anything... Hmmmm.... suspect looks are exempt from the edict... so many 'white' lies are told through looks and body language, especially Estvan looking innocent... but then again, no doubt he is innocent of something... just not what you are thinking of at the moment.
