mmm... I dunno, this might be actually the first time I drew Hippolyta... or at least the first time anthro. I dunno. xD;

Anyway, this is Hippolyta. Born to Kiuma and a wandering rogue lion, she is a princess and the heir to Antianeira, the female-only amazon pride that her mother founded. Like her mother, she wears the bones of her first kill around her neck, but she has polished black beads for spacers instead of bone beads.

While she inherited some of her mother's size and strength, she's not nearly as hard and sadistic as her mother. If anything, she's more like her grandmother, Sarabi. A noble queenly personality that's actually very motherly, though Hippy hasn't had a chance to really explore that part of herself yet. She is a born leader, but her greatest fear is not living up to her mother's expectations of her, so it undermines her confidence. She grew up with two brothers in her litter, but when they left, she had no contact with males of any sort, so she's very innocent and naive where that half of the population is concerned.

After her mother's second litter, she was the one that took the three male cubs to the neighboring pride to be raised and it opened her eyes a little. She's started meeting one brother, Ixion, in secret, feeling a strong, sisterly attraction to him, though she knows Kiuma would be upset if she found out. There is potential in her to go three ways... the way her mother went, betrayed by males and hardened into a lioness that cares only to rule her pride and raise her daughters militantly... to be so weakened she flees from the high standards her mother sets for her to become a wanderer and perhaps some male's toy... or to reconcile the two worlds she sees and become a strong matriarch for her pride.
