It takes the little pup a few years, but he eventually stops crying about everything, once he figures out that he'll get all the attention and care he needs, when he needs it. (He's been through a few foster homes by the time Charlie and Occo adopt him, so he's still operating on some wrong assumptions about his place in the family, here.)
