B...but think of the potential biological difference in taste receptors and brain functionality! Sure, it might be tasty as a hooman, but it could be AMAZING as a Night Fury! Case in point: Wiki's human form abhors fish (unless it's fish and chips), but he seems pretty happy to be eating one here~
