So I wore the Otachi Costume again for ConnectiCon and it was okay. She looks pretty good at night (again with our crappy camera).
The head was built off a heavily modified round nose dragon blank by DVC (you can see the progress pics in my gallery), the eye blanks and silicon tongue were also from DVC, the rest, was made by me. (the LEDS on my side are "faerie Blimp LED candles")

I had a full sized tail for her with the claw and lights and everything... it was just TOO big, too heavy and for Convention crowds who don't really respect people in full body costume it was too much (People run by and hit my tail even with the stub so I could only imagine the horrors of having the full tail). Otachi gets her tail cut off very soon after she is introduced in the movie so she is still accurate to her character design.
