first sketch idea for a recent commission. They loved the last tango pic I did a couple of years ago, so this is in the same pose. I'd post it here if that dance hadn't ended on such a sour note IRL.

._. this may seem odd, but I love his hoofs the most...not quite sure why...

I'm really happy with the hooves, too. I hope the commissioner doesn't want him to have human feet. We never discussed that part!

I don't think about the piece I did a couple years ago. I have a new "dance partner" now who's a million times better ^_~

Great dynamic pose for this, and dancing isn't drawn as often as it could be, so it's a nice different subject matter.

That is a really cute pic! Awesome pose and you even nailed the balance of the characters perfect. I just gotta say, you don't want that minotaur stepping on your toes during a dance. You might end up in a cast.
