How fun! This work you did of Vitriol reminds me of a scene from an actual cartoon. The pose and facial expression giving a hint that something was seen and/or said that is having the colt arguing, debating, or doing something to show that he just doesn't quite understand and/or agree with something.


Nice background, too. It helps give an "Animation Cel" effect. The picture of Vitriol being layered on top of the background as part of the sequence in which is going on.

Well, being honest, I wasn’t happy of the result. I was an art trade I feel like I have... failed my part. I’ll probably do another picture for him soon ^^

I wouldn't say you failed in doing a good art trade. Especially since Vitriol himself directed everyone through his re-posting of this work to go to your version. It's not often people are kind enough to make such an emphasis to give the credit where the credit is due. So, this said, I believe you did great. :)


We all hold ourselves to high standards. It's even harder to not hold yourself to a certain expectation when it seems rare to get views, faves, or even comments. Fortunately, folks like Vitriol help those of us who have yet to discover you get a chance to do so. I've met many great artists, writers, and friends through others I follow.


Your style does well for Vitriol, in my opinion, with the background and pose really giving a sense of story. It's not just a flat image. It's something you can think on. However, if you do another work of Vitriol, I will be more than happy to look it over, too. :)

When I next get some time I will take a little look through your gallery. I love finding hidden gems. :)
