i wonder if the time i put out for this would be worth it, i ebayed a new case and completely tore both the new case and my case apart to clean them and ready the new case fer use. But the lighing wire i installed doesnt seem to be as bright as id hoped it would be. As the light looks great coming from behind the mobo ( slight red illumination around the edges of the mobo ) it wasnt as bright as id hoped, i was also wanting to get the acrylic etched or engraved with an image, but i cant seem to find anywhere/anyone around my area that willing to do it . . . . i want to put a 5x6 image on an 11x14 piece of acrylic . . . and the basic price i was getting was more than 100 bux fro my local glass place . . . . . . . so im stuck on that fer now. So ill just have to wait on the acrylics image . . . oh well the slight lightng idea i did thus far have my friends thoroughly impressed with the effect, whats yer thoughts.
also, anyone that says to get rid of the freezone coolit ( i know their mostly unreliable ) will get a spanking . . . . o.o its only there till i decide if im gonna sell it or not. ( i wanna make sure its functioning properly before i sell it to a client ) Even tho it keeps my cpu around 90F under load n.n WOOT fer frosty. LOL

This is my system, I know it's not completely relevant, but I built this myself.
I'm just curious as to what you used for the lighting, and what the product was.
I'd just like to know so I can possibly use it for my clientelle at any point. If you're interested,
I can send the specs of my pc. I'm also curious about yours(current, unless you didn't sell this one)
myself.

well that machine was torn down for a client who wanted my motherboard, msi k9n diamond. I bought the boad fer aarounf 130 bux and they sell fer almost 200 for some reason . . . . anyway He wanted my cpu and mobo, so i proceeded to tear that iteration of my machine down. I currently am sporting a dfi lanparty dark mobo with an amd 8450 phenom tricore, 4gigs of ram, 1.5 tb of internal hd space with 750 more external. Radeon 4850 aswell as a Auzentech x-meridian soundcard. Beleive it or not the little lighting device i use http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_NEON-STRING-RED-OPTX_6250187-P_N3157B_A|GRP2044____ LOL yes i bought these from advance on clearance fer 5 bux each . . . . i bought 10 of them. I have used them in quite a few machines . . . . ( caution ) i had to wrap some of their inverter boxes in aluminum foil to reduce any kind of noise and interferance i recieved while using the audio card. Some peeps will say not to use car electrics in pcs since they arent always shielded to safegaurd data and processing inegrity. I have done it for years with my current machines and client computers and have had nary an issue. I have had them, but so far it has only been two machines, and they were loos wire issues. LOL Your system is pretty nice, i like to add wierd touches to all the machines i send out when i built them, even if its something just completely stupid and really non-noticeable . . . . LOL I do that with OS installs aswell. Sometimes i actually get thank yous fer the chuckles i give my customers. I just do the work on the side when i have time, its fun, but also some work, its gotten very tedious at times but hell its worth it. Ive used quite a few different kinds of light kits from cars and they do the job well. EL wire is amazing when you buy the right stuff, the kits i used were low power and apperantly low light :/ . But true EL kits ( which are slightly more costly ) they can have variable brightness controls, sound and strobe, there are some that can even change colors via a controller or switch. True EL lighting wire is much brighter, tho a higher psu would definately be recommended.
