Edit- the effect on her chest and shoulders and lower arms are supposed to be like. glittery scales. :/ but iwaslazy and they didn't come out how i thought.
edit 2- damnit, i didn't notice until AFTER i'd closed the unsaved image- there's blue shit around her hair. D: it should all be one uniform color. IGNOREPLZ.
