So last week i started a fursuit head out of foam. never used foam before but i took a wack at it. after finishing the base and seeing it in the light i found a great dislike for it. so... being me, i went into my Garage and started tinkering with scrap i had.

a friend of mine, a non fur, told me once, build with what you know. well i know metal fabrication pretty well. so this is my second attempt at a fursuit head. its made out of aluminum, Galvanised wire and plastic fence matterial, all held together with about two hundred wire ties.

its not finished yet. still need more mesh in places and the ears as well as the inner components but its very strong as is and extremely light. i like this one as of yet. I'll post updates as the prosses continues.
