Jubilations, on DeviantART, has a race known as Pendeogans. And one of my friends flailed about making her own, which tempted me to make my own. *sigh* I get plotbunnied too easily.

Anyway, Elio is a little spaz, as seen here *points* And is addicted to soda. Or anything with carbonation. Like, addicted as in if he doesn't get it for two weeks, he'll go insane and become a vegetable.

That's just Pendeo rules, and I'm sticking to them. Also, sorry for the crappy pic, but my scanner doesn't like Vista (rararar,) so I had to use my camera.
