This one was, um.. difficult! Very detailed character description with no visual to work from... hope I got him close to what he's supposed to look like, Dragonorca!

Looks like a dragonfox or wolf ? Is this one of those people who is like, named 'FoxEars' and is actually a komodo dragon or something? Or is the orca stuff just not as noticeable in sketch?

Yeah, he's actually a fox.. dragon.. of some sort. Although he does appear to have the orca "swish" marking above his hips.
