Tell me your thoughts on it, whatever they may be, or on the stuff I'm writing below this.
It took me 2 1/2 hours to do this on TV Paint, and it' messy as butts. Granted, I was redrawing and repainting it frame for frame like a dummy. I don't recommend doing it with still images... Terrible experience, but good way to get mileage I guess lol?
When I start doing commissions, and I'm better at animating with this program, I might sell gif loops, but I warn you, as cheap as I'll likely make a regular picture, it'll likely exceed 3 times the price for about one decent loop with what will likely have less quality then a regular picture since I'm not sure how to make color transfer over instead of becoming base colors XD
