This is a traditional commission, I have the actual picture framed and hung on my wall by now. :)
GothicKitty3 is the one responsible for this magnificent piece.
It is a traditional piece, so it's all initially hand drawn on a piece of A4 and then scanned to make a digital copy out of it.
This piece was inspired by my first encounter with The-shadow-of-light, when we introduced ourselves, I jokingly said his nickname (Shads) sounded flamboyant, and he joked back saying mine sounded royal.
So I felt I just HAD to see Verdonia as a typical stereotypical king.
And GothicKitty3 delivered beautifully. <3

The necklace that Verdonia is wearing is a necklace I am (almost) always wearing myself.
It's a crown, a necklace that the main character from Kingdom Hearts is wearing.
A childhood friend bought it to me as a gift, and therefore it is very precious to me
