ppppppppppppphhhhhhh i have no clue. i'd have to see if they even have a NeoPoint to Dollar ratio.. Paygamer money is "neo-cash" and only certain items can be purchased with neo-cash.. NeoPoints (or NP) however can be earned and used to buy almost everything if you know how to use the site. NP is the standard currency of the game and cant be created by the players paying their way to get it (mainly because that's what the neo-cash stuff is for)
