From the (currently defunct) comic, 'Lay Me Down', Lykaly used to work for Agate but when an unrequited obsession and a rather important business transaction fell through, she stole a portion of Agate's assets and ran off to make a life for herself out of reach and out of sight of the AI. Creating Gate in Agate's image (at least some of the time), Lykaly was content to wile away her time in a fantasy... until, at least, Agate caught up with her to exact revenge. Cleridae is Agate's new lack -- Lykaly's replacement. There are some serious hard feelings going on between these four (well... three. Gate doesn't know what the hell is going on save that it's bad news.)

One day I will start this comic up again. It develops in little nips and chunks and grows more rich every time I sit down and piece it together. I think that, like Neogeen with her talk about comments about maintaining momentum, I really need to sit down and layout my goals for this thing and how I want to accomplish them. I'd love to see it running (and wrapping up!) one day soon!
