Because I'm an asshat, that's why! This is not the first time, nor will it be the last that I am the butt of a joke... or that I get turned into a pile of ash too for having a snarky mouth. Good thing I regenerate.... yeeesh. Cadence was a nice alien gal who hung around the BigFurs forums and chat often. She was different and unique and this comic was a no brainer for me.
