This fursuit-head is not finished. The zipper for the neck, the fan inside the muzzle and the LED-backlights for the eyes are not installed yet.
I made the 3d-models for this head-base and printed them in Taulman Nylon with my Flashforge Creator 3d-printer. The head was printed in 618 Nylon, the eyelids in Bridge Nylon. The parts were assembled using Plaast (http://www.plaast.de/) - the teeth were made by hand.
I use bowden-cables to control the movement - no electronics, just pushing and puling on the cable. This is a very simple and cheap method to create moving eyelids and ears.
There is another video that shows the mechanics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BHXK4AS5YQ

The fur-cover can be detached from the head - sew-on-snaps hold it in place.
The nose is detachable too.
I changed the fur at the eyebrows and trimmed the fur on the head since my last post. Inside the eyes is a mirror window foil - I can see thru just fine from the inside. I'll probably paint the middle of the eyes black.
