Just picked up the Mesa Boogie Throttle Box Drive/Distortion pedal. This nails the overdrive channels on my Nomad Combo amp.
I like my Bogner Burnley Distortion, but it has more of a smoother distortion, (like a cross between Eric Johnson and Allan Holdsworth). I'll just save it for recording lead guitar.
I might put this in my scraps if I make another pedalboard update.
Until then, I will occupy space on the front page for less than 2 seconds ( )
