Carmine is a character I got inspired to make after mosquitoes ravaged my poor arms on a camping trip this weekend.
He's a doctor who specializes in blood transfusions. He's also maybe some kind of a vampire, and/or mutant, because only female mosquitoes in natures actually drink blood.
He also has a pair of lower arms that he keeps folded up under his suit coat unless they're needed.
He's a gentleman, and a talented doctor, but he also loves the taste of blood, and often overbooks donors, or takes a little more than he needs so he can be all big and bloaty by the end of the day.
He's partially inspired by This Picture
