No longer watching King of the Hill. Switched over to Simpsons. Have a Simpsons Quote:

This originally started out as a 24 hour project with
taliruq, seeing if we could each make a fursuit head in literally 24 hours. Here I am 3 MONTHS LATER, still pounding this guy out :u
I have a general rule of thumb when it comes to making fursuit characters. I design the character and their colours of fur. That way I don't run into any mishaps of colour mashing later. Unfortunately I'm a HUGE sucker for Black and Aqua blue colour schemes, thus my second character in this particular colour design.
My fav fur colour is cobalt blue. Shit's pretty as frick. Snatch was created for the 24 hour challenge but I wanted an excuse to use up what was left with the scrap cobalt blue. The whole reason I wanted to make Snatch was to have a sort of blending effect between the two blues. It'll look 'eh' in person but it photographs nicely, especially from far away. I chose the species to be Hyena so I had an excuse to do spots n stuff.
I have most of the fur cut out but wow I have a lot of work to do before I can even begin to glue stuff down :u I plan to add blue cheek tufts, I need to figure out how to do the ears cause I made every piece to big so I have to figure out how to trim everything down. The dark blue rings around the muzzle but doesn't go below the chin. I have to figure out how I wanna tackle that doozy. And a mirad of other things I'm sure.
If I have enough time I'd like to do the nose and tongue in a darker blue to contrast it better. I knew that before putting it on but I got impatient. Oops.
I popped in my back up Wolf O' Donnell eyes cause I lost the original template eyes. They work really well :U I'm so upset by that cause now I want nice angry eyes instead of the orignal eyes I had planned. Urg.
I'm also debating on how to do the mohawk. That's actually Jewelz's mohawk. I'm thinking of making it a weird Aqua blue on one side and cobalt blue on the other. Just to see how that looks. I really want NFT fur for the mohawk but. Meh.
